1. Equipment Care & Damage Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for any damage I cause to the racing simulator equipment through misuse, rough handling, or violation of the rules, including but not limited to:
- Steering wheels, pedals, and shifters
- Screens and monitors
- Seats, chairs, and rigs
- Computers, consoles, headsets, and accessories
I agree to compensate 555 Speedway Inc. for the reasonable repair or replacement cost of any equipment I damage.
2. Acknowledgment of Risks
I acknowledge that using a racing simulator may involve minor risks, including motion sickness or dizziness, eye strain, reactions to flashing images, and muscle strain.
3. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to use the simulators and assume the risks associated with my participation.
4. Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to use the simulators at 555 Speedway Inc., I release, waive, and discharge 555 Speedway Inc., its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from my participation, caused by ordinary negligence. This waiver does not release the company from liability for gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or intentional harm, where prohibited by law.
5. Rules & Conduct
- Follow all staff instructions
- No food or drink at the simulator rigs
- Do not use the equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Treat all equipment with care
Failure to comply may result in my session being ended without refund.
6. Health Declaration
I confirm I do not suffer from conditions that make simulator use unsafe for me, including photosensitive epilepsy or severe motion sensitivity, or I accept the risk of participating despite them.
7. Minors
If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept this agreement and sign the waiver at the venue on the minor's behalf, and is responsible for the minor's conduct and any equipment damage the minor causes.
By checking the box in the booking form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement.

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that operating or riding in a go-kart involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Collisions with other go-karts, barriers, or objects
- Loss of control
- Mechanical failure
- Personal injury (bruises, fractures, sprains, burns, or death)
- Damage to personal property
I understand that these risks cannot be fully eliminated, even with safety measures in place.
2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in go-kart activities and assume all risks associated with my participation, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to rent and operate a go-kart from 555 Speedway Inc., I hereby:
- Release, waive, and discharge 555 Speedway Inc., its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from my participation.
- Acknowledge that this covers injuries or damages caused by ordinary negligence.
I understand this waiver does not release the company from liability for gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or intentional harm, where prohibited by law.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless 555 Speedway Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
- My participation in go-kart activities
- My violation of track rules
- My reckless, impaired, or negligent operation of a go-kart
5. Safety Rules
I agree to follow all safety rules, including:
- Wearing required safety gear
- Not operating a go-kart under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Following staff instructions
- Avoiding bumping, reckless driving, or unsafe behavior
Failure to comply may result in termination of rental without refund.
6. Health Declaration
I certify that:
- I am physically fit to operate a go-kart
- I have no medical condition impairing safe participation
- I am not pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
7. Damage Responsibility
I agree that I am responsible for:
- Any damage I cause to the go-kart due to misuse or rule violations
- Any property damage resulting from my actions
8. Liability for Third-Party Damages
I understand and agree that if I, or any minor for whom I am guardian, inflict any damages or injury to any other person on the premises while using the track, I am fully and solely responsible for compensating that person for any injuries, medical costs, and loss of time or income caused by my actions.
